Punchlist Real Estate is a residential home concierge and project coordination company. We help homeowners, buyers, sellers and real estate professionals get property work done without having to manage a different contractor, schedule and quote for every item on the list.
We start by understanding the property and the goal. From there, we organize the scope, help obtain pricing, coordinate qualified and insured trades, schedule the work, track progress and help carry the project through completion. For larger improvements, we can also coordinate with architects, designers and other specialists so the homeowner has one central point of contact.

He founded Punchlist to make repairs, maintenance and improvements easier to manage while helping homeowners protect and improve the value of their homes.

Aaron brings experience in product strategy, business growth, software development and operational execution. His background in technology, digital transformation and scaling businesses helps shape Punchlist's systems, customer experience and long-term growth.

Punchlist was founded by brothers Ben and Aaron Konigsberg to carry forward the legacy of their father, Kip Konigsberg - a brilliant and compassionate real estate attorney and developer who dedicated decades to helping families build and maintain their dream homes.
His passion for real estate, relationships and quality inspired a company built around making homeownership easier. Years after his passing in 2016, Ben and Aaron launched Punchlist in January 2023. Many of the trusted relationships Punchlist relies on today grew from connections Kip built over the years, and his influence continues to shape the company's values and approach.
