Punchlist Real Estate, LLC (“Punchlist,” “we,” “us”) coordinates home repairs, improvements and renovations in New York, Connecticut and Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through punchlistre.com and our client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you enter: your name, email, phone number and property address or town.
- Your Punchlist and project details: the work you list, notes, timing and budget preferences, consultation times, and photos you choose to upload.
- Account information if you create a client account: your email address and a password (stored by our authentication provider in hashed form; we never see it).
- Agreements and signatures: when you sign an agreement online we record your typed name, the time, your IP address and browser type, so the signature can be verified later.
- Project documents we share with you, such as proposals, vendor quotes, contracts and invoices.
- Messages you send us by email, phone or through the website.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule consultations and site visits, and prepare proposals.
- To manage your project: coordinate vendors, share schedules, documents and updates, and keep records of approvals and agreements.
- To send emails about your request or project (for example confirmations, next steps and signed documents).
- To share the details a vendor needs to quote or complete work on your property, such as the scope, address and access notes.
- To keep our records, meet legal and tax obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website and portal. They process information only on our behalf:
- Supabase: secure database, file storage and client accounts.
- Resend: delivery of our emails.
- QuickBooks (Intuit): invoices and payments. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Google Fonts: the typefaces on this website, which your browser loads from Google.
Links to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Your browser stores a few small settings for you, such as your day or night display preference, your sign-in session if you have an account, and an unsent Punchlist so you do not lose it. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
How we protect your information
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Project files are stored privately and open only through short-lived secure links; clients can see only their own project, and only the documents we have shared with them. Access on our side is limited to the Punchlist team.
How long we keep it
We keep project records, agreements and invoices for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and warranty obligations. If you contacted us but did not become a client, we keep your request only as long as it is useful to follow up, and delete it on request.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to close your client account.
- Tell us if you no longer want to hear from us about a request.
Email contact@punchlistre.com and we will respond within 30 days. Some records, such as signed agreements and invoices, may need to be kept for legal reasons.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date above.
