Ben Konigsberg
Founder & President
Founder of Punchlist Real Estate, LLC. Ben is passionate about real estate and has over a decade of experience in residential and commercial sales, underwriting, site-planning, development, and property operations. He uses this background to help clients maximize value while simplifying the maintenance, repair, and home improvement process.
As Director of Real Estate for Viking Construction, Ben led all operations including leasing, capital projects, and property management for more than 250,000 square feet of residential and commercial real estate in Connecticut.
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Sotheby’s International Realty.
Former Division I All-Conference Track & Field athlete at Lehigh University.
Aaron Konigsberg
Co-Founder
Aaron brings extensive experience in product strategy, business growth, software development, and operational execution. His background spans digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and scaling technology-driven businesses, with a focus on improving efficiency and long-term profitability.
Aaron currently serves as COO of CASA and previously worked as an Engagement Manager and Business Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he led digital sales and operational transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 hardware and software companies.
He holds an MBA from Stanford University, along with dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. Aaron has also founded and helped scale multiple startups, bringing a strong entrepreneurial and technology-focused perspective to business growth and execution.

Punchlist was founded by brothers Ben and Aaron Konigsberg to carry forward the legacy of their father, Kip Konigsberg - a brilliant and compassionate real estate attorney and developer who dedicated decades to helping families build and maintain their dream homes. His passion for real estate and commitment to quality inspired the creation of a company focused on making homeownership effortless and enjoyable.
Years after his passing in 2016, Ben and Aaron brought their father’s vision to life, launching Punchlist in January 2023. Many of the trusted connections Punchlist relies on today stem from the lasting relationships Kip built over the years - his influence continues to shape the company’s values and approach.
