Ben Konigsberg
Founder & PresidentFounder of Punchlist Real Estate, LLC, Ben has over a decade of experience in residential and commercial sales, underwriting, site planning, development, and property operations. He uses this background to help clients maximize value while simplifying the maintenance, repair, and home improvement process.
As Director of Real Estate for Viking Construction, Ben led leasing, capital projects, and property management for more than 250,000 square feet of residential and commercial real estate in Connecticut. He is a former Division I All-Conference Track & Field athlete at Lehigh University.

Aaron Konigsberg
Co-FounderAaron brings extensive experience in product strategy, business growth, software development, and operational execution. He currently serves as COO of CASA and previously worked as an Engagement Manager and Business Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he led digital sales and operational transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.
He holds an MBA from Stanford University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. Aaron has also founded and helped scale multiple startups, bringing a strong technology and entrepreneurial perspective to Punchlist.

Kip Konigsberg
Our inspirationPunchlist was founded by brothers Ben and Aaron Konigsberg to carry forward the legacy of their father, Kip Konigsberg, a brilliant and compassionate real estate attorney and developer who dedicated decades to helping families build and maintain their dream homes.
After his passing in 2016, Ben and Aaron brought his vision to life, launching Punchlist in 2023. Many of the trusted relationships Punchlist relies on today grew from connections Kip built over the years, and his influence continues to shape the company’s values and approach.

Is building a Punchlist free?
Yes. Building and saving your Punchlist is free, with no commitment. The $249 proposal fee applies only when you ask us to visit, source vendors and price the work.
What does it cost?
- Proposal fee: $249. Covers vendor site visits, contractor sourcing, pricing and your proposal. Credited in full if you go ahead.
- Punchlist fee: 10% of the work we coordinate. Larger projects get a reduced rate.
- Contractors are paid directly by you. Our fee is separate.
Is Punchlist a general contractor?
No. We are a project coordination service. We scope, organize and manage the work, carried out by vetted third-party contractors.
Can you handle small jobs?
Yes. A Punchlist can include a collection of smaller repairs and improvements, a focused room update, sale preparation, or a larger coordinated project.
Do I have to find the contractors?
No. We bring vetted professionals and handle estimates, scheduling and communication.
Can you work with my existing contractor or designer?
Yes. If you already have trusted professionals, Punchlist can work alongside them and coordinate the broader project, depending on the scope.
